Mountain Top Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center’s staff provides a variety of care and services based on resident needs. Highly qualified professional Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and trained Nursing Assistants staff our center and offer traditional as well as advanced clinical therapy programs. Our team of highly trained licensed therapists provides the highest quality of treatment. Our rehabilitative program seeks to evaluate each of our patients to recognize their therapeutic strengths and weaknesses. Our spacious dining room offers delicious home cooked meals and snacks prepared by our Dietary Department to meet the individualized needs of each resident. Our dining room is ideally suited for a pleasant experience. Resident safety is of utmost importance for we are equipped with a Code Alert System that allows our mobile, but cognitively impaired, residents to move about freely at their own will, even to our beautiful, outside courtyards. Along with skilled care, we offer personal care services which assist with the activities of daily living, and area physicians visit our residents on a regular basis.
